Characteristics:
1.One-part, room cure RTV silicon sealant
2.good thixotropy, will not produce any toxic or irritated odor
3.high-temp,pressure and solvent tolerance, low shrinkage, and no collapse
4.good water and oil proof, impact and vibration resistance.
Application:
1. Seal in big fitting gaps or joints in flange≤6mm
2. Used as a form-in-place gasket to replace all kinds of rubber cushion, asbestos, cork and paper pads.
3. sealing in the flanges and axle in merchanical equipments. like, car's engine, gearbox,etc.
4.Seal and anti-leaking of the close fitting joints in cylinderical parts

Directions:
(1) The bond surfaces should be clean and free from grease and dust
(2) The uncured adhesive can be removed away by clean cloth and organic solvents.
(2) Apply a continuous bead or 360° bead on the flange sealed surfaces,and then tighten the screw and assemble it.
(3)After cured, it can form a elastomer gasket and put into use.
